Egg paratha recipe

Egg paratha is a healthy and delicious breakfast .This is very easy and quick to make. Paratha is always a good option for people who prefer to have filling breakfast.

Ingredients :1.2 Egg

2.1/2 cup wheat flour

3.1 tsp oil

4.1 small onion chopped finely

5.1 green chili chopped

6.1 pinch pepper powder

7.1 pinch turmeric

8.salt to taste

9.1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped

Method :1.Break 2  egg in a bowl and put chopped green chili ,onion,coriander,

salt,turmeric and mix well.

2.Place a non-stick flat pan or griddle on flame to heat on medium flame.

3.Meanwhile make two balls of dough,take one ball and dust it in dry flour

4.Roll with the help of a rolling pin in to a circle , spread 1/2 tsp oil on it.

5.Fold two opposite sides and put a little oil on them .

6.Fold another  two  opposite  sides to give a shape of a square.

7.Now dust it once again and roll it to increase  in size and make it thin.

8.Grease the griddle and place .

9.Cook a little from this side take knife and cut the paratha   from one of its side edge to make a pocket.

10.Pour the egg mixture in this pocket and put some oil on the edges all around .

11.During this process keep the flame medium low.

12.Flip it and cook on the other side as well for 1/2 minutes to ensure egg is cooked completely  on the edges ,egg paratha   gets coated well with oil now.

13. Can be served   with any  chutney and a vegetable salad ,transfer it on the serving dish.
